**Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000**

**What You’ll Do**
- Process commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Review and interpret lease terms and conditions to confirm alignment with internal guidelines and operational standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive and current lease database, tracking key lease dates, rent escalations, critical clauses, and other essential data.
- Act as a primary liaison between property managers and accounting teams to resolve inquiries and provide lease-related information.
- Partner with the accounting department to support timely, accurate rental payments and financial obligations.
- Prepare and distribute lease-related documents, including invoices, operating expense reconciliations, and tenant communications.
- Prepare and send annual CAM reconciliation packages to tenants.
- Conduct periodic audits of lease data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation and review of lease abstracts, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Leasing and Property Management departments.
- Coordinate, review, and track documentation requiring signatures.
- Manage RealPage tasks, including Lease Entry, Modifications, Terminations, Remeasures, Assignments, Data Maintenance, Month-End tasks, and generating reports.
- Support the monitoring and follow-up of tenant arrears in collaboration with Property Management and Accounting teams.
**What You Bring**
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Lease Administrator or in a similar commercial real estate role.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing practices, terminology, and documentation.
- Proficiency with property management and lease administration software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive tenant and lease information.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Demonstrated reliability in supporting after-hours needs, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
