**Boutique Sales & Merchandising Associate**

Myrtle Shop is a locally loved boutique in downtown St. Thomas, known for fashion, gifts, and a welcoming community atmosphere. We’re looking for a new team member who brings a positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine love of customer service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer — greeting, assisting, styling, and building relationships.
- Assist with merchandising: displays, floor sets, and keeping the shop beautiful.
- Support with receiving inventory: unpacking, tagging, steaming, and organizing product.
- Use our POS system to handle sales and transactions (training provided).
- Pitch in wherever needed — at Myrtle, teamwork and flexibility keep us thriving.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A people-first mindset: you genuinely enjoy making customers feel good.
- Positive, professional communication — kindness and respect are non-negotiable.
- Day time availability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
- Retail experience is an asset, but not required — we value willingness to learn.
- Reliability: showing up on time and staying present (phones away on the floor).
- Bonus points: merchandising or receiving experience, or familiarity with small business retail.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
