Quai du Vin Estate Winery (future home of SKYE CHASE Estate Winery) is a boutique winery, surrounded by picturesque grounds and operating in Sparta, Ontario along Lake Erie's pastoral North Shore.

**What We're Looking For**:
We need a rockstar who's positive, a natural leader, dependable and driven by sales to join our tight-knit retail team. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide an unforgettable experience to every visitor that walks through our doors.

**Your Day-to-Day**:
No two days are alike at Quai du Vin (future home of SKYE CHASE Estate Winery) Here's what you'll be up to:

- **Lead the Pack**:Oversee the daily buzz in the retail store and on-site experiences
- **Wine Guru**: Share your wine wisdom with our retail team and guests in a fun and engaging way. If you're not a guru, we'll help get you to that level
- **Customer Delight**: Create a culture of top-notch service that makes visitors want to come back
- **Engage & Educate**: Chat with guests, guiding them through tastings and sharing stories about our wines, winemaking process and on-site experiences
- **Stay Tidy**: Ensure all opening, closing and cleaning tasks are completed with flair
- **Inventory Whiz**: Help keep track and report on our wine, merchandise and supplies
- **Order Master**: Handle online orders, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries with ease
- **Event Extraordinaire**:Assist in planning and pulling off epic events and experiences
- **Problem Solver**: Tackle any team or customer issues with a smile
- **Safety First**: Keep everything up to code

**What you bring**:

- **Experience**: 2+years in restaurant, winery/brewery plus Supervisory/Management
- **Guest Service**:Stellar skills in making every guest feel welcome and valued
- **Flexibility**:Available to work weekends and some holiday Mondays
- **Versatility**: Excited to work at various venues, including on-site experiences, off-site events including but not limited to tradeshows and farmer's markets
- **Initiative**:Self-motivated, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks while working well in a small team
- **Wine Knowledge**: A solid base understanding of wine is a plus
- **Physical Stamina**: Able to lift/carry 35lb wine boxes and stand/move for a 7+hour shift
- **Outdoor Lover**: Happy to work outside in various weather conditions
- **Certifications**: Smart Serve Certified; aged 19+; G-license are must haves; First Aid Certificate and Ontario Food Handler Course are assets
- **Location**: Able to commute/relocate to St. Thomas (Sparta), ON
