Automotive Part Time Receptionist

Plaza Kia of, part of the Plaza Auto group, is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join the team in a Part Time Role. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with customers in person and by telephone, and must represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Organization, Multi-Tasking Skills, and attention to detail.
- Customer friendly attitude when greeting customers.
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Duties:
(Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.)
- Operating a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department courteously and professionally.
- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate person/department
- Stocking in vehicles, assigning stock numbers, updating registers, creating dockets, and posting into DMS system.
- Licensing of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Maintaining a professional appearance, and a neat work and waiting area.

This Position is Part Time:
Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
