**Position Overview**

**Board Relations & Strategic Leadership**
- Serve as primary financial liaison to the Board of Directors, preparing comprehensive financial reports and presentations that drive informed decision-making
- Lead quarterly board meetings with clear, actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with board committees on audit, compensation, and risk management initiatives
- Partner with the CEO and board to develop and execute long-term financial strategy with unwavering accuracy

**Technology Implementation & Systems Excellence**
- Spearhead ERP and SaaS platform implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes and optimal user adoption
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance financial reporting capabilities, operational efficiency, and scalable growth
- Oversee system optimization strategies across the finance organization while establishing robust financial controls and reporting frameworks
- Lead technology-enabled compliance processes to meet all regulatory requirements and accounting standards

**Team Development & High-Performance Culture**
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and career growth at all organizational levels
- Create a collaborative culture that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring team members excel in both detailed work and executive-level analysis
- Establish scalable financial processes and controls that support organizational growth while maintaining accuracy and integrity
- Develop comprehensive talent pipeline strategies and succession planning to ensure long-term team excellence

**Strategic Financial Leadership & Communication**
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with sophisticated analysis and strategic recommendations
- Serve as a key strategic advisor, providing critical thinking beyond traditional financial metrics to drive business performance
- Present complex financial insights to diverse audiences from technical teams to board members and stakeholders with clarity and executive presence
- Drive investor relations and stakeholder communications while continuously developing finance team capabilities

**Required Qualifications**

**Education & Certification**
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

**Experience**
- 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven track record with ERP/SaaS system implementations and optimization
- Board-level experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with directors
- Experience in entrepreneurial or high-growth organizations highly desirable
