**Duties**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tool to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the beverage and wholesale distribution sector.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to understand complex products and services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in business development with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Fluent in French and English.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience dans les ventes externes, de préférence dans le secteur des boissons et de la distribution en gros.
- Compétences solides en vente avec la capacité de comprendre des produits et services complexes.
- Excellentes compétences dans le service à la clientèle pour bâtir des de relations solides à long terme avec les clients.
- Capacité démontrée à négocier efficacement et à conclure des affaires avec succès.
- Expérience en développement commercial avec une historique d'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de logiciels CRM pour gérer les processus de vente.
- Fortes compétences analytiques pour évaluer les conditions du marché et les besoins des clients.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec la capacité de présenter des idées clairement.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
