**Overview**
The Director of Service & Quality Assurance is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of child and family services while ensuring high standards of service quality, legislative compliance, and continuous improvement across the agency. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a critical role in supporting frontline teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence in service delivery.
**Duties**
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage program management initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives for senior management review.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance.
**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary or equivalent diploma/undergraduate degree in social services discipline or related field or a combination of experience and/or education may be considered;
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in child welfare or social services, including frontline supervision and quality assurance;
- Knowledge of the Manitoba Child & Family Services Act and the current changes to the Child & Family Services System;
- Ability to utilize and navigate the Provincial CFSIS system;
- Hold and maintain a valid Class 5 driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and willing to travel;
- The fee for obtaining the required checks is the responsibility of the applicant;
- Prior contact check & Child Abuse registry check to be completed by agency for successful applicants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $99,199.00-$135,758.00 per year
