**Sales Representative - Flooring**

Richmond, BC | Full-Time | $20/hr + 8% Commission

**About the Role**

We are a newly opened, competitive flooring store looking for an experienced Sales Representative to grow our client base and close deals.

**What You’ll Do**
- Contact and follow up with clients needing flooring (leads provided)
- Schedule appointments and meet clients in person
- Present products, prepare quotes, and close sales

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of sales experience** in flooring, construction, home supply, or B2B
- Strong closer with proven results — **employment will be terminated if no sales are made in the first month**:

- Own vehicle required (regular client visits and travel)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive

**Compensation**
- $20/hour base + 8% commission

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
