**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled **Electronics Technician** with strong experience in RF, wireless, and electronics. This role requires excellent soldering and rework abilities, combined with a solid understanding of RF principles and the use of test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes. A background in personal projects or electronics as a hobby is highly valued. You will support both **product development and production**, working across PCB assembly, RF testing, SMT line support, and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform precise soldering, rework, and repair on PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch and SMT components.
- Conduct RF and wireless product testing using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and related lab equipment.
- Support SMT production line activities, including inspection, debugging, and quality control.
- Diagnose and repair electronic circuits, modules, and prototypes.
- Build and maintain test jigs, fixtures, and lab setups for engineering and production.
- Document test results, repairs, and procedures clearly.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and refine designs.

**Qualifications**
- **Soldering Expertise**: Must have excellent soldering and rework skills (SMT, fine-pitch, RF components).
- **RF Knowledge**: Must have a strong understanding of RF fundamentals and hands-on experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- **Hobbyist Experience**: Personal electronics projects, DIY builds, ham radio, or hardware tinkering are highly valued.
- **Troubleshooting**: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in analog, digital, and RF circuits.
- **Documentation**: Good record-keeping and communication skills.
- **Education**: Formal training (e.g., Electronics Engineering Technology diploma) is **preferred**, but not required if you have strong practical experience and hobbyist background.
