**Summary**
As a Human Resources Business Partner at THK, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Advise and assist supervision on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and the Collective Agreement
- Generate reports and advise supervision on absence management and performance management
- Maintain employee data in HRIS and related systems for the lifecycle of employment - Hires, retirements, terminations, resignations, change of status, employee personal data, title, department, employee training, employee security access, shift schedule updates, and communication board updates
- Keep up to date on HR related legislation
- Stay current on HR trends to assist with ongoing development of best practices
- Organize and participate in onboarding
- Lead or participate in workplace investigations
- Facilitate non-occupational illness and injury process and return to work
- Administer benefit for members including enrollment, terminations, status changes and member personal information updates
- Administer annual benefit re-enrollment process
- Assist with identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor forms used by Human Resources department are controlled in Document & Data Control Program
- Lead or collaborate on projects
- Support company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $67,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
