We are seeking an HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping our culture, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting the continued growth of our organization while aligning people strategies with business objectives.The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being.They will also act as a key strategic business partner to the General Manager and leadership team at 3E Power. This role is responsible for recruitment and workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, health and safety leadership, training and development, policy implementation, and advising leaders on effective people management.Required Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP/CPHR designation is an asset.5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in construction, trades, manufacturing, or a technical environment.Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and health and safety requirements.Proven ability to support leaders with workforce planning and people management.Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.Proficient with HR systems and comfortable using data to support decisions.Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
