Assist Payroll Dept. when needed. Responsible for Benefits and Pension Plan AdministrationAssist employees with any Benefit or Pension Plan issuesFocus on maintaining the CRM Data System. Ensure it is accurate and up to date. Update employee CRM files as needed. Assist HR Manager with any additional tasks.Enforce company policies and procedures are followed.Follow up on all inquiries from employees, supervisors, department managers.Assist with employee benefits and answer all related inquiries to supervisors and hourly employees.Support employee engagement initiatives and retention through HR best practices.Qualifications:College Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Administration.Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Maintain confidentiality at all timesData driven and detail oriented.
