Our Markham Auto Body Shop is looking for a permanent Auto Body Prepper to start as soon as possible.

**Required Responsibilities**:

- Check all parts for damage and correctness prior to beginning and notifying the Production Manager of any discrepancies.
- Read, understand and follow Repair Orders
- Detailing of paint work such as unmasking, inspection, touch ups, buffing
- Masking vehicles prior to and following the paint process
- Ability to surface prep various parts/panels for paint
- Mix paint, blend and match colors

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years related body shop experience
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
