Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficiency and productivity of the service for the entry of bills of lading.
- Perform data entry for various clients in the computer system.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy for the research data in the database.
- Respect the deadlines for data entry, to ensure effective operations.
- Respect the quality control process established for data entry and control of data.
- Locate and correct potential errors.
- Scan the documents.
- Proceed to file in compliance with the classification system.
- Complete the table “Modification of probill” from the probill data entry software by following the procedure in the User Guide.
- Perform any other task of similar nature, or generally related to the tasks above, or requested from the supervisor, or made necessary by virtue of the duties.

Criteria
- High School Diploma.
- Masters the Office Suite and good computers skills.
- Respect, rigour, and transparency.
- Team spirit, excellent relational skills.
- Available to work on evenings.
- Fast and able to manage stress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
