**Job Title**: Exams Invigilator

**Location**: Victoria, BC

inlingua Victoria provides high-stakes English language proficiency tests (IELTS & CELPIP) in our community. Our mission is to provide tests in a friendly and supportive setting, ensuring safety and fairness in all that we do.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue as required
- Checking in and out test taker's personal belongings
- Administering and invigilating tests
- Cleaning up after tests
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- _Weekend availability is a MUST; weekday availability is an asset_
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work under examination conditions with respect for confidentiality and secure information

**Qualifications**:

- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a part of a team or alone as required
- Able to accurately follow predetermined instructions
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Available to work outside of normal business hours and comfortable spending long periods of time pacing, standing, or sitting.

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
