**Job Title**: StoreManager, WeTrans

**Direct Reports**: 5-15 employees

**Terms of Employment**: Full-time

**Store Hours**: 8 am - 4pm (must be willing to work 2 weekends each month)

**Salary**:$52,000 - $75,000 / year

**Location**:150 Bunting RdSt. Catharines, ON L2P 3G5**

**The Opportunity**
- Supervise, train and lead staff
- Oversee all retail operations including store merchandising (including our eCommerce website), selling, space management, stock control, etc.
- Administrative and clerical duties (daily health and safety inspections, inventory and donation processing, staff scheduling, etc.)
- Problem solve and troubleshoot day to day issues and concerns
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to and promoting store policies and health and safety protocols and best practices
- Exceed sale and customer satisfaction targets to support our cause
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers
- Deescalate and resolve customer complaints
- Support with the loading and unloading of products from our trucks

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of customer service or retail experience
- 1-3 years of experience leading people or managing a retail operation
- Knowledge of retail best practices (including sale targets, merchandising, space management, stock control, and risk)
- Able to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 pounds) and walk, stand, sit, and stair climb on a frequent basis
- Safety boots required: CSA approved safety footwear to be worn at all times
- Enjoys supervising a team and is unafraid to give direction and feedback
- Driven by sales, targets, and KPIs
- Independently leads with kindness and confidence
- Strong attention to detail and love of process
- Understanding of renovation and building materials is considered an asset
- Passion for retail and customer service is considered an asset
