Our company is seeking a dynamic leader with a real passion for retail to join our team. We're interested in hiring someone who can excel at communicating with customers, motivating employees, and ensuring quality control. The Store Manager will be responsible for effectively training employees to handle various tasks, assisting customers in finding the right product and maximizing profits across all departments of the store. We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven sales record who has a knack for giving personal attention to each customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine inventory needs, staffing levels, and other operating requirements for the store.
- Manage the staff and train new hires.
- Order and track product inventory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
