**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations and lead your store to success
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor your team
- Create a positive, welcoming environment for both staff and customers
- Manage cash handling and inventory like a pro
- Engage with customers, offering education and assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism

**Who You Are**:

- A natural leader with at least 3+ years of management experience
- Skilled in sales, cash handling, and operational excellence
- An excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Organized and efficient with time management
- Able to teach, train, and grow your team
- Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
- Bonus: Background in business or sales education

- Lead and coach your team to meet sales goals
