Are you extremely organized? - Do you like to keep other people organized as well? - Are you a great communicator? - Do you like challenges? - Do you like to have fun while working? **Service Coordinator - Peterborough** **About you** - You are very comfortable with being on the phone (a lot). - You are a natural people person and communicator. - You find it easy to build rapport with both external and internal stakeholders. - You know how to plan and organize small and medium size projects. - You can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face. **All in a days work** - You will spend the day connecting with our customers to arrange dates for service, remeasures or installations (did we mention that you will be on the phone - a lot). - You will plan and prepare construction schedules for our installers. - You will respond to customer inquiries and deal with upset customers with empathy, care and professionalism. - No challenge is to small. In fact, your motto is "bring it on". - Happy to work in our office as well as one day a week from home. **More about you** - You are very detail oriented. - You possess great interpersonal skills. - You are able to roll with the punches. - You are team player but can work independently as well. - Did we mention great organizational skills? - You are computer savvy. You don't have to know how to program but typing skills and a level of comfort with various software is a must. - You are committed to show up and do your best every day.
