This is your standard general manager position, but with greater autonomy and agency than any corporate pub/restaurant will give you. If you want to cultivate new items, adjust recipes, and generally improve service quality then this is the job for you. If not, swipe left.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

- Promoting positive culture within the workplace
- Recruiting, hiring, and training high-performing employees to achieve sales
- Upholding our high standards of customer service
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Menu and LWB creation/enhancement/oversight
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Seek out opportunities for growth by developing new business relationships

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
