The Opportunity
The Finance ERP Support Analyst, reporting to the Director of Finance and IT ERP Consultant, will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of the organization’s ERP Finance, related ERP modules, payment and banking systems. This position involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, ensuring the smooth functioning of AR, AP, Bank connections, purchasing, expenses, reconciliations, EFT/ACH files and other related processes such as inventory costing, unit costing, etc. This position will be trained to be a Subject Matter Expert for the finance team for the operation, configuration and testing of the ERP system and any other finance related systems.
Your Impact
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the finance related modules of the ERP and any other finance systems
- Create and develop reports and dashboards as required for Finance and/or leadership team
- Assist with data analysis, including cleaning and loading data into the Odoo ERP system
- Coordinate with vendors to manage the updates to vendor related data and processes to manage vendor data - including banking information and any related payment systems
- Support user account management and ensure proper system access controls are in place for the finance team and others requiring access to finance related data
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices for finance data
- Provide support for the ERP implementation project, including configuration and testing as needed for the finance team and users of finance related information

Your Experience, Skills & Education
- Post-secondary graduates or current students enrolled in a Finance/Accounting program with an accredited institution
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and with other teams within the organization and/or vendors and customers where required
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
