**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the customer service team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Take phone calls, schedule appointments online and in person
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Negotiate solutions with customers to ensure their needs are met while aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for customer service excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and team performance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
- Experience in project management is preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both customers and the company.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
