**WHAT WE’RE SEEKING**:
A full-time **Inventory Coordinator** at our Toronto branch located in Mississauga who will be responsible for ensuring all inventory transactions to be completed accurately within a timely manner, maintaining product inventory, and completing inventory audits and cycle counts as required.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Monitor and review stock levels within the storage (warehouse)
- Communicate with the warehouse team and ensure accuracy of all inventory balances
- Complete and verify inventory audit counts
- Investigate any inventory discrepancies and devise a plan for resolution
- Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure documentation of stock and condition of supplies is submitted weekly
- Ensure monthly audit reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Develop, prepare and analyze metrics to ensure accurate reporting for internal purpose
- Support Installations Supervisor with day to day tasks ensuring consistency within the department
- Work on-site and visit storage sites across Canada to inspect inventory stock and condition
- Occasional travel across Canada as required
- Other duties as assigned/required

- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent both Korean and English
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
