**JOB SUMMARY**

The Inside Sales group support customers by providing knowledgeable information, answering questions and responding to complaints. We are the front line support for the sales organization and our customers. Creating and maintaining positive relationships is an essential part of our job as such, we must respond to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Inside sales plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Support customers with their purchases, order entry and any future inquiries that arise.
- Process order for invoice processing and posting
- Review outstanding orders to check for status change or non-committed product at time of entry.
- Assist with various mailings, especially those that occur pre-season.
- Perform random load audits to ensure load accuracy before delivery.
- Participate in and assist with cycle counting throughout the year, as well as yearly full yard counts.
- Participate in and assist with Seconds Sale.
- Other task and special projects as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Exceptional customer service skills are required.
- Problem solving and math skills are required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work with strict deadlines, attend to projects, and work processes with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all customers, management, and employees
