We are seeking a Revenue Supervisor to join our team in Winnipeg.
The Revenue Supervisor manages the day to day tasks of a team of 3-5 Revenue Coordinators. You will be responsible for reviewing and posting all entries from your team and ensuring that their work aligns with company processing procedures.
**The Revenue Supervisor will**:

- Review and post all revenue receipts and invoices for assigned divisions
- Reconcile aged accounts receivable reports to the general ledger and provide commentary on outstanding balances
- Prepare revenue related balance sheet reconciliations (deferred revenue, accrued commissions, etc.)
- Provide guidance on company revenue policies to team of revenue coordinators
- Manage month end revenue calendar and ensure that revenue coordinators have completed their tasks on schedule
- Provide input on procedure and efficiencies creation
- Monthly revenue variance analysis
- Calculate and enter variable compensation accruals for your division
- Create employee compensation statements
- Prepare variable compensation related balance sheet reconciliations
- Review weekly sales reports prior to distribution to the corporate management team
- Review internally generated associated broker remittances and statements prior to distribution
- Become a key contact for revenue queries about your divisions for internal stakeholders and external customers

- 3+ years of work experience in an accounting department
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Secondary education in accounting or related field
- Preference will be given to those interested in or currently pursuing CPA ACAF, PREP or PEP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Highly self-directed with ability to take initiative
- Must be hands-on, detail oriented and able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Actively embraces and manages change
- Professional attitude and customer service focus
