Rental Supervisor

With our continued expansion, Jobsite Industrial Rental Services, a Division of Toromont Industries LTD, has an opening for a Rental Supervisor working out of our Winnipeg MB location. As with all of our Jobsite locations, the new branch will be goal orientated and customer driven, relying on our team environment for success. Our Rental Supervisors work at both the customer and employee level to ensure our continued success, and are a key requirement in maintaining and developing lasting and loyal relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Clean drivers abstract
- Willingness to learn

- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude both within the branch and in face-to-face experiences with customers;
- Supervise staff, while effectively creating a strong team environment;
- Manage and oversee branch operations;
- Ensure team is executing the 5 cardinal rules;
- Generate and grow revenue in the Winnipeg territory;
- Participate in operations and sales calls with the management team;
- Assist team in maintaining a presentable and welcoming branch for our customers;
- Produce sales orders when needed;
- Monitor inventories - rental equipment and saleable goods;
- Open and close branch when necessary;
- Other duties as assigned.

- The ability to maintain a personable, hard-working, dedicated attitude in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment;
- Strong leadership and communication skills that place an emphasis on promoting an effective team environment
- A customer-centric attitude and a strong focus on long-term customer relationships
- Experience with staff supervision, scheduling and training; inventory maintenance, management and reporting; counter duties, customer service and inside sales; assisting in quarterly and annual budgets and forecasting
- Excellent time management and organization abilities, with the ability to work and make decisions independently
- The flexibility to adapt to emergency and overtime arrangements
- Sharp attention to detail and effective paperwork organization
- The ability to perform customer dispute resolution in a timely and mutually agreeable manner
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Technical aptitude of Jobsite equipment and operations would be considered an asset;
- A clean driver’s abstract is mandatory;
