Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of materials
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Plan and coordinate logistics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Manage and motivate a team of yard personnel to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a building supply or construction environment
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Forklift experience is an asset

Physical Demands:

- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment, in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment and vehicles

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
