Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a bright, talented, and ambitious marketing coordinator who has the ability to both act like a facilitator between marketing and sales, while rolling up their sleeves to get things done. **Your mission is as follows**:
Your mission is to align marketing activities with the sales department. You like to set up simple and effective processes in order to have better communication between departments, and, by extension, better fluidity and cohesion in the implementation of marketing campaigns. You like numbers while being creative by finding efficient solutions. Marketing + Dashboard are your favorite words

**Facilitator between the Marketing & Sales departments**
- Managing incoming tasks, prioritizing and dispatching to the marketing team.
- Coordinating all marketing campaigns with sales teams for their good implementation and to succeed as a team.
- Collaborate with sales to drive new business, cross-sells and upsells.
- Assisting in planning and implementing marketing plans to attain booth marketing and sales objectives.

**Results gatekeeper**
- Manage the overall marketing KPIs for the weekly meetings.
- Keeping up to date with the CRM data. Daily CRM task for better visibility.
- Ability to translate marketing data into opportunities and sales data into instructional information.

**Events coordinator**
- Events management : Planification, coordination, promotion.
- Engage with our contractors, vendors and partners
- Monitor the performance of each events

**Content coordinator**
- Develop and plan a social media calendar.
- Execute content distribution across all social media channels
- Write copy for social posts and website updates
- Managing the external partners (writers, translator, designers)

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Be data and KPI driven
- Knowledge of social media and other digital media formats.
- Outstanding written communications skills, you love to write
- Experience in event and conference management, both offline and online
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google analytics, WordPress, etc.
- Bilingual; English and French
- Experience in a content heavy role
- Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies
