**Position Summary**:
The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Loblaw sales team in achieving annual growth plans by providing comprehensive data analysis and actionable insights. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams internally and at Loblaw to analyze sales trends, trade deductions, forecast demand and optimizing overall performance.

This role will own the Liquidation channel, providing a unique opportunity to work with one of Canada’s largest retailers while also owning an aspect of selling.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate and uphold Riverside’s Values and Purpose.
- Collaborate with cross functional groups internally, Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Trade Management and Finance
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders at Loblaw including Category and Supply Chain utilizing LDIA data
- Providing on going analytical support for maximizing in-store performance, conducting pricing analysis, analyzing inventory, forecast demand, POS, and GSV
- Owning regular cadence of weekly/monthly reporting needed to provide insights into the business for internal and external meetings
- Analysis of marketing and retailer activations through LDIA to provide actionable insights; including post analysis of innovation performance, promotional performance and ROI on programs.
- Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams to forecast product demand, using available reporting to avoid shorts and out of stocks.
- Optimize promotional ordering and forecasting by utilizing post analysis of prior events and making recommendations to category. Ensure forecast order accuracy
- Take **OWNERSHIP**, management of customer administration tasks:

- New item set-up
- Promotional plan tracking and deal sheet approval
- Updating online images
- Pricing Accuracy and Changes
- Reviewing internal and external forecast, highlighting gaps to sales and demand team
- Forecasting of displays to support promotions and ensuring execution of orders
- Review and filing of Planograms
- Sample Requests
- Track weekly flyers
- Attend designated trade shows and events as needed
- Keeps the work atmosphere **FUN** by keeping it light and welcoming
- Play a vital role supporting Gross Sales Value (GSV) growth and driving operational efficiencies working jointly with the Account Team Lead and Demand and Planning teams

**Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3+ years of work experience in field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to work on several deliverables simultaneous.

- Must have strong presentation, negotiating and listening skills
- Strong **TEAM **player with Energy, passion, ambition, competitiveness
- Outstanding organizational, and time management skills
- Advanced level MS Office Suite/Excel and ability to create confidently draw conclusions from data
- LDIA experience is an asset, training is available.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key business partners.
- Proven ability to make decisions based on a mixture of information, analysis, experience, and judgement.
- Adept and Agile in working through business analytics and navigate business financials.
