**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including sales forecasting, and making sure sales teams are appropriately maintaining accurate sales activity records.
- Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics
- Interpreting and presenting data results
- Developing detailed sales forecasting
- Managing product and sales database
- Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience
- Providing support to sales and marketing department
- Work with overall sales operations and finance on milestone billing - A/R scheduling
- Partner with Finance on Month End Reports & reconciliation

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Post-Secondary in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales operations’ analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- HubSpot and PandaDoc experience an asset
- Experience in SaaS Environment a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,157.00-$64,248.00 per year
