Job Description
Terra Nova Village Veterinarian is seeking a Full and Part Time Veterinary Office Assistant to join our team.

We are a well established, small animal practice servicing in Richmond, B.C.

Our focus is on providing excellent client service, high quality and compassionate patient care. We are looking for a detail orientated, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team. Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask is a must.

We have digital radiography, and in-house laboratory diagnostics available.

We offer competitive wages and great work schedule, however applicant must be able to work morning and evening shifts.

Veterinary Assistant/Office Assistant/Experienced applicants would be preferred but not mandatory.

A quick learner who is good with animals and people

Job Details:

- Take phone calls, book appointments
- Sell over the counter products
- Handle cash and use a P.O.S device
- Assist clients, and take in patients
- Restrain and handle animals
- Assist doctor with all procedures
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
- Work with paper and electronic medical files
- Prepare medications

Job Location:

**Language**:

- English is mandatory, and additional Mandarin is preferred
