**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and subcontractors as required.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables.
- Review and price project change orders as required.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks.
- Coordinator operations with assigned superintendent and foreman as required.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to facilitate project needs.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project implementation processes, ensuring all phases are executed according to established standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, including reports on milestones achieved and any issues encountered.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities including scope reviews, contracts, pricing structures, invoice approvals, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in insulation, drywall, or other related fields.
- Experience in wood frame construction is an asset.
- Experience in estimating, material take-offs, and a strong understanding of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- A familiarity with Procore, Field Wire, and other types of software commonly used by general contractor's,
- Experience with Planswift for drawing review and material take off is an asset.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management related to projects.
- Experience with vendor management and collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks and deadlines.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
