- Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized inventory system.
- Cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide bilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Stay updated on market trends and new products to better assist customers.
- Assist technicians with parts sales.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with customers.
