Rockland Wheels is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor

Our Company

Rockland Wheels is a family owned powersports dealership located in Rockland, ON. We carry brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Argo, Royal Enfield, Starcraft, Husqvarna and Toro. We are looking for a full-time experienced Service Advisor with a dynamic personality, good work ethic and an organized approached.

Job Description

  • Greet customers and assist with service inquiries in person, by phone, and online
  • Create work orders and accurately write up customer concerns and requests
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair status
  • Communicate with technicians to relay information and update customers
  • Provide estimates, explain services, and review invoices
  • Coordinate warranty claims, PDI completion, and first service bookings
  • Help ensure customer satisfaction and support after-sales service
  • Assist in keeping work areas neat and tidy
  • Helping to control flow of work through the service department

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or automotive/powersport dealership role
  • A valid driver's license
  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of mechanical components on ATVs, Motorcycles, Side-by-sides and small engines (an asset)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude

Description du poste

  • Accueillir les clients et répondre à leurs demandes de service en personne, par téléphone et en ligne
  • Créer des bons de travail et inscrire avec précision les préoccupations et demandes des clients
  • Planifier les rendez-vous de service et assurer le suivi de l'état des réparations
  • Communiquer avec les techniciens pour transmettre l'information et tenir les clients informés
  • Fournir des estimations, expliquer les services et revoir les factures avec les clients
  • Coordonner les réclamations de garantie, la complétion des PDI et les rendez-vous de premier service
  • Contribuer à assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle et offrir un soutien après-vente
  • Aider à maintenir les aires de travail propres et bien rangées
  • Participer à la gestion du flux de travail dans le département de service

Exigences du poste

  • Expérience préalable à titre de conseiller(ère) au service ou dans un rôle lié à l'automobile, aux sports motorisés ou à la mécanique
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Bilinguisme
  • Connaissance des composants mécaniques des VTT, motos, côte-à-côte et petits moteurs (un attou)
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion des priorités
  • Attitude amicale, professionnelle et axée sur le service à la clientèle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
