**Job Type**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Developmental Service Workers (DSWs). As a DSW, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings, including group homes, day programs, and community settings

Assist clients with daily living skills, such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks

Implement individualized support plans and behavior management strategies

Facilitate community integration and participation in recreational and social activities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of clients

Assist in role of all ages for care beginning to palliative and pediatric to geriatric

**Requirements**:
Diploma or degree in Developmental Services Worker or a related field

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Knowledge of person-centered planning and positive behavior support

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities

Understanding of holistic care practice or a desire to learn is imperative

**Work Location**:In person

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French not required

**Schedule**: Flexible
