Alberta Ballet is hiring two dynamic **Marketing**Coordinators** to help bring our season to life. These roles are perfect for detail-oriented marketers with strong project management skills, experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and a passion for the performing arts. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the broader team, each Marketing Coordinator will take the lead on a major area of focus:

- ** Subscriptions & Loyalty**: Support subscription campaigns, drive renewals, and engage with our most dedicated audiences.
- ** The Nutcracker & Holiday Sales**: Deliver the largest single-ticket campaign of our year, reaching families and holiday audiences across Alberta.

These are fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on roles ideal for marketing professionals with **2 - 4 years of experience** who are ready to take ownership of campaign execution, timelines, and performance tracking.

**What You’ll Do**

**Marketing**Coordinator, Subscriptions & Loyalty**
- Execute marketing tactics that retain and grow Alberta Ballet’s subscriber base.
- Use audience data and CRM tools to inform campaign timing, segmentation, and messaging.
- Support subscriber events like season previews and behind-the-scenes content rollouts.
- Collaborate with box office and sales teams to align offers and outreach.

**Marketing**Coordinator, The Nutcracker & Holiday Sales**
- Roll out an integrated campaign to maximize single-ticket sales for _The Nutcracker_.
- Coordinate creative assets across print, digital, and out-of-home media.
- Liaise with media vendors and in-house content creators to meet deadlines and placements.
- Track sales data and campaign performance, flagging opportunities to optimize in real time.
- Support late-stage campaign pushes, including promotions, reminders, and holiday messaging.

**Shared Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day campaign timelines, deliverables, and content schedules.
- Ensure all creative materials align with Alberta Ballet’s brand identity.
- Coordinate internal approvals, vendor submissions, and marketing deadlines.
- Contribute ideas in campaign planning and team brainstorms.
- Track KPIs and campaign results; contribute to post-campaign analysis.
