About The Program The Operations Management Trainee Program is designed to fast‑track your development into a leadership role within our operations team. Build cross‑functional knowledge by collaborating with departments like Fleet & Logistics, Maintenance, Sales, and Business Process Improvement. What You’ll Bring A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. A passion for leadership and the ambition to grow into a management role. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
