**Your Role**
As a Team Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in realizing K&K’s mission—intentionally teaching a love for the water. This is a **hybrid position** that combines working from home with **in-person visits to our instructors on deck.** You’ll lead by example, support instructors, and uphold the Swimful standard in every lesson.

✮ **In-Person Responsibilities Include**:

- Coaching and mentoring instructors during lessons in real time
- Creating a supportive, team-first environment that reflects our values
- Engaging with swimmers and families to share progress and build trust
- Monitoring safety and teaching practices on deck
- Collaborating with hotel partners to ensure a seamless swimmer experience
- Tracking trends in instructor performance and swimmer progression

✮ **Remote Responsibilities Include**:

- Wearing your K&K uniform and showing up professionally for remote work
- Reviewing swimmer outcomes using skill trees, videos, and evaluations
- Supporting instructor development by assigning trainings and tracking growth
- Celebrating wins, addressing concerns, and helping instructors level up
- Connecting with Head Instructors and Senior Instructors to strengthen mentorship

**Schedule and Compensation**:
✮ **Work Schedule**:

- Weekday evenings (typically Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm)
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday, typically 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
- Combination of in-water, on-deck, and remote shifts based on weekly schedule

✮ **Hourly Rate**: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
