**Quality Assurance Lead**

Our team believes being first to market with quality is imperative. Reporting to the Head of

**What you’ll do**:

- You will be instrumental in building the QA department and will be a people manager supporting the career development of the QA team
- Create test plans and build a process that lets us ship to our customers as often as possible.
- You will be hands-on in testing in the early stages before transitioning into a more strategic and mentoring position. Don’t worry, you will still get your hands dirty
- Create an inclusive team culture and foster an atmosphere of collaboration
- Document and iterate on quality processes
- Drive our QA tools and workflows such as automation and A/B testing
- 7+ years of experience working in QA, or similar role
- Experience building and managing a QA team
- Previous experience supporting the career development of your team
- Knowledge and comfort working in an agile environment
- Experience formulating test plans and creating test strategies
- Experience building and working in an A/B production testing environment
- Uses metrics to build a continuously improving QA process
