Langley, Canada CKF Inc. Full time

CKF Inc. has five manufacturing facilities located across Canada with a total workforce in excess of 700 employees. Our operations produce foam, plastic and molded pulp products including disposable tableware, egg cartons, four-cup carriers, display containers, and a wide variety of other products for the food service industry.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an IT Application Support Analyst. This is a full time position working with a dynamic team which provides support for day-to-day operations to all our locations in Canada and the US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recognize and identify potential areas where existing business policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and make recommendations
- Perform project and operational tasks with good overall quality, while being able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Maintain relationships with business partners and system users
- Support customer reporting requests

**Skills, Capabilities and Experience**:

- Must possess a University degree or diploma in a computer related discipline
- Five years’ experience in programming and client facing support roles
- Have an understanding and experience utilizing best practice information technology incident and request management processes is required
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small team
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with all levels of management and staff
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours at times, and to support customers in other time zones.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations across Canada and the US as required
- Experience and knowledge supporting technologies or processes such as:
SQL, data retrieval and analysis;.
ERP systems (Epicor and/or Aptean)

Crystal Reports; SSRS
ITIL Foundations training;
Project execution and implementation.

Business intelligence & analytics, data management
