Your responsibilities will include: - **Leadership & Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop the service and parts teams to optimize performance, enhance skills, and ensure a high level of engagement. - **Customer Experience**: Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service, timely repairs, and professional communication. - **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and parts inventory control, to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. - **Financial Performance**: Monitor and manage department budgets, expenses, and profitability. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. - **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to all OEM guidelines, local regulations, and dealership policies. - **Business Growth**: Identify opportunities to drive additional revenue through service promotions, upselling, and improved processes. - **Warranty & Recall Management**: Ensure proper processing of warranty claims and recall services to meet manufacturer requirements. - This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
