As an Operations Coordinator at Securalert, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operational activities. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service tickets, installations, and project workflows, ensuring efficient resource allocation and communication across teams. In addition, you will support the sales team in dispatching project designs, manage material shipments, and oversee the company's ERP system (Odoo) to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Scheduling & Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate service tickets and installations to be executed by employees or sub-contractors. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and that the proper personnel are assigned to each project.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear communication with clients, employees, and sub-contractors. Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, installation schedules, and any changes to the timeline or project scope.
- **Support for Sales Team**: Assist the sales representatives by coordinating project design work and dispatching it to the appropriate technical staff.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Be the key person responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring material shipments are coordinated with labor schedules for maximum efficiency. Anticipate potential delays and adjust plans accordingly.
- **RMA Procedures Compliance**: Ensure that all staff follow Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures as part of our commitment to quality assurance and compliance.
- **ERP System Management (Odoo)**: Serve as the appointed person responsible for managing and improving the company’s Odoo ERP system. This includes overseeing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Additional certification in project management or supply chain management is an asset.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and scheduling software is a strong asset.
- Experience in the security or technology industry is a plus.
- **Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and internal staff.
- Knowledge of workflow optimization and experience in coordinating material shipments with labor scheduling.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage and enhance ERP systems (Odoo experience is preferred).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with team members as needed.

SECURalert is primarily implemented in Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Correctional, Manufacturing and Institutional facilities.

Pay: $43,500.00-$64,800.00 per year
