**OBJECTIVE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and determine position requirements (Title, Job Descriptions)
- Post & Broadcast positions on different platforms, social media and professional networks (ATS, Career Page, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Conducting interviews and responsible for recruitment full cycle on specific roles
- Responsible for Background checks and references when required
- Promote our employer brand (Social Media) and attending various recruiting events (Job Fairs, Career Blitz, School events, etc.)
- Becoming Dayforce Super User (Applicant Tracking System)
- Responsible for creation of offer letters and contracts when required
- Ensuring Onboarding Dayforce forms activation
- Ensuring new forms (tax) updates in system (annual verification)

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a Recruiter role
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
- Detail oriented; high sense of organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite software’s with advanced skills recognized on Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in French and English (a must)
