**LCM is looking for Fulltime and Part time Building Cleaners**

**Day shift and Evening shift availability.**

**Position Summary**:The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to ensure that the facility maintains a clean and sanitary environment. The Cleaner will maintain a clean and orderly environment for residents and for staff to work in by maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the condominium.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and that the community as a whole is maintained.
- Keep workstations and equipment in clean and usable condition.
- Report needed supplies or maintenance to the Regional manager.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, such as restrooms, food service areas, lobby areas, etc.
- Keep lobby area neat, clean, and orderly.
- Keep elevator area clean and safe at all times.
- Report maintenance needs to other departments as needed.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-37.5 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$17.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
