Key Holder/supervisor

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and motivate staff ensure that they are preforming as a high-performance team
- Help to create positive environment for both staff and customers
- Maintain stock, display levels and ensure store experience for guests is always in top condition
- Help store drive sales and deliver top-level customer service
- Open and close store as needed

**Experience Required**
- Familiar with retail and customer service practices
- Fast learner with strong ability to adapt to situations as they arise
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Flexibility to work ava evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong sales background and experience in fast paced retail environment
- Strong sense of brand loyalty, responsibility and dependability.
- Ability to lift 40lbs/18kg
- Past experience in wined, spirits or hospitality will be considered an asset.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
