Status: Permanent - Full-Time or Part-Time

Weekly Flowers is a vibrant, fast-paced flower shop where creativity blooms daily. We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable **Customer Service & Sales Assistant** to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping people, and is excited by the beauty and creativity of the floral industry.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Taking orders, answering questions, and providing product recommendations
- Assembling and packaging orders for delivery
- Supporting floral designers with prep work and organizing materials
- Helping maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with other flower shop-related tasks as needed

- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting

**Experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not required.** Training will be provided.
English is essential; French is a bonus.

**Hours & Availability**

We are open to hiring either:

- One person for **close to full-time hours**

**or**
- Two part-time employees (students welcome)

**Must be available for day shifts**, weekends, and especially in the **weeks leading up to major floral holidays** (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
