**About the Role**
As a Production Worker at Preform Molding Solutions, you’ll be on the front lines of our production process—ensuring our parts are molded, trimmed, inspected, and packaged to the highest standards. You’ll work alongside skilled technicians and operators in a clean, safe, and efficient facility that values teamwork and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate or assist with plastic injection molding machines and secondary equipment
- Inspect molded parts for quality, consistency, and defects according to specifications
- Trim, clean, or assemble parts as needed
- Pack finished products in an organized and careful manner
- Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
- Identify and report issues with machines or materials promptly
- Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in manufacturing or general labour (preferred but not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday (day shifts)
