- Under the generalsupervision of the Machine Operator, line lead, Production Supervisor/Production lead hand; Production Worker will be responsible to follow directions for various plant tasks to ensure good quality products are efficiently manufactured. Being in a team, they play a key role in food production processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhering to all the Health and safety policies, GMP, food quality standards.
- Possessing good hand‐eye co‐ordination.
- Attention to details while working in a safe manner.
- Able to work alone and as a team member.
- Weighting and Assembling food as per the guidelines and product specifications.
- Help to ensure good quality product is produced at all given times.
- Responsible for performing any task that will be associated with the assembly or packaging of the product.
- Responsible to perform the job responsibilities of a back‐up Machine Operator for coverage purpose from time to time.
- Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety policy at all given times.
- Responsible for practicing and adhering Companies policies and procedures with best practice

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or related experience and/or training;
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to perform the physical demands of the position are a prerequisite
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a prerequisite

Morning Shift - 7:00AM-7:00PM

Night Shift - 7:00PM-7:00AM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food industry: 1 year (preferred)
