**Job Title: General Production Worker****Job Description**Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker where you will work the first half of your shift as a ''Feeder'' and the second half focusing on quality control and packing.**Responsibilities**As a Feeder, ensure the glue machinery is consistently fed with the correct cartons.Transfer stacks of cartons from loaded pallets into the feeder of the gluer machine/press.Ensure that only quality cartons are fed into the machine and notify the Adjuster of any machine stops or quality issues.During the second half of the shift, remove finished folded cartons from the press and pack them into cases, ensuring only quality products are packed.Perform quality checks on the cartons according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Apply correct case labels to corrugated packaging.**Essential Skills**1 year or more of experience in Manufacturing or Warehouse packing.1 year or more of experience in machine operating or assembly with strong mechanical aptitude.Ability to lift up to 30lbs with repetitive motion.Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting small fixes.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience in stacking, packaging, gluing, quality inspection, and moving boxes.Ability to stand for 8 hours.**Why Work Here?**We offer full benefits and a clear path for career growth, including the opportunity to become a Gluer Operator within a year. Shifts are available on a rotating weekly basis with days from 7 AM to 3 PM, afternoons from 3 PM to 11 PM, and nights from 11 PM to 7 AM. Currently, we are working only on day and afternoon shifts.
