The Guest Experience Supervisor is the person who creates the magic for our guest experience. This position is where we walk our talk with our culture of obsessive customer service. We have an amazing team and now we are looking for a fresh new face to lead them to the next level.

**In this role you will have the opportunity to**:

- Execute and train from our service framework of programs to continually move our luxury guest experience to the next level.
- Concierge to our our exclusive members.
- Spa brand ambassador representing the brand on site and at promotional opportunities.
- Lead guest recoveries.
- Manager our booking software and telecommunication tools.
- Go above and beyond to meet client expectations.
- Identify and recognize our VIP patients through sales metrics and other related data.
- Lead spa support team members.
- Spa beautification and pristine spa environment at all times.
- Lead retail sales program.
- Maximize revenues through appointment booking schedule.
- Perform other duties needed

- Do you have 1+ years of supervisor or management experience with an upscale hotel, restaurant or retail brand.
- One of your biggest assets is being able to support your team.
- Your proven relationship building skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Solid leadership, people management, mentoring, coaching and training skills and experience
- High level of initiative and accountability and the ability to work autonomously
- Proficient and relevant skills with todays workplace platforms such as Slack and Google Workplace, and appointment scheduling software.
- Availability and flexibility to work during peak hours to meet business volumes. Including evenings and weekends.
- Active social media presence and marketing skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
